REFUND POLICY:

Concession Obsession sells products from a wide range of manufacturers. Each manufacturer has different return policies. Please contact us at info@concessionobsession.com for the return policy regarding the item(s) you purchased or are interested in purchasing. Please note some items may require a restock fee and it varies by manufacturer. In the event you need to return a product, you must:

1. Contact Concession Obsession for a "Return Goods Authorization Number". Concession Obsession will provide the shipping address to return the specific product. No products will be accepted without an RGA#.

2. Package the product in the original shipping materials to insure that it is not damaged in shipment.

3. Ship the product back by an authorized carrier. It is recommended that the product be insured.

4. Once the product has arrived back and is inspected, the customer will be refunded the purchase.

SHIPPING:

Products may be shipped from different warehouses and via different means. All listed shipping costs are for the Continental US only, and do not include Hawaii, AK, Puerto Rico, Guam etc. Please email us for a specific quote for those areas. To receive a quote regarding shipment of a particular item to another country, please email the product number and your full shipping address to sales@concessionobsession.com.
