Shelf bracing in the rotating welded rack takes pizza pans as small as 12". Twin water pans easily removed for cleaning and hold enough water supply for up to 9 hours. The unit features lift-out glass for easy cleaning. Sturdy 4" tall NSF approved legs are included. Display racks rotate and stop when door is open.
